• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration.
• Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Rabona aims to complete verification within 72 hours.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the mobile number registered on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Rabona regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, detailed on the Promotions page. Some general rules apply:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• If wagering requirements are not met, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• By order of a court or government authority.
• For the purposes of an anti-money laundering investigation.
